Mike performs assurance and compliance services including private company audits and reviews, tax compliance, and client advisory and consulting. He serves clients in various industry sectors, primarily in real estate, construction, high tech, hospitality and services.

Prior to joining Bouchard & Company, Mike spent nine years at the Vancouver office of a large national CA firm in the assurance and compliance practices. He also spent two years in industry controllership positions in the construction industry.

Mike obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1972.
